State Road 13 between County Road 525 East and 500 South will be closed in Kosciusko County beginning Monday.
INDOT crews will be repairing a box culvert underneath the road.
The official state detour is U.S. 30 to State Road 5 to State Road 14.
The work is expected to be completed by Friday.
