Heartline Pregnancy Center of Warsaw has launched a program to help local families process and cope with the heartbreak of a lost pregnancy.
Through this support program, Heartline Pregnancy Center welcomes moms and dads who are grieving, encouraging them to break the silence that surrounds pregnancy loss and come to a place of peace.
The five-week, faith-based program goes through the book “Unspeakable Losses” by Kim Kluger-Bell, and addresses silent suffering, myths and misconceptions, sharing loss, living with loss and many other challenges families face.
“There is strength in being able to name your loss and trust someone to listen to your story,” said Heartline client advocate and program facilitator Jennifer Perry. “True neighboring exists when we listen to the things that are hard to hear and build connections that can help us walk the path toward true healing.”
Heartline Pregnancy Center is dedicated not only to celebrating the joys of pregnancy but also partnering in the grief involved when these babies leave too soon, a news release said.
