The Kosciusko County Convention and Visitors Bureau is warning residents of a scam making the rounds.
The caller claims to be selling guide ads on behalf of the bureau and asks for payment over the phone, even using the names of real staff members.
Executive Director Jill Boggs says to report such calls because the sales cycle for the 2019 visitor guide is complete.
She says the incidents have been reported to Warsaw Police.
