KSCD Press Release – Kosciusko County officers have arrested a Syracuse man on dealing scheduled drugs.
Kosciusko County Drug Task Force officers and county detectives arrested Jared Thomas Frantz, 28, yesterday on preliminary charges of felony dealing a schedule I, II, III controlled substance. Frantz was taken into custody at 2:46 p.m. at his residence without incident and transported to the Kosciusko County Jail with the assistance of the Syracuse Police Department.
Kosciusko County Sheriff Aaron Rovenstine stated that during the investigation of drowning deaths of Korbin Foster and Kaleb Lampkin on May 30th south of Warsaw, information was uncovered that led to the arrest of two juvenile males on drug charges last month. Subsequently, additional information was provided to detectives and D.T.F. officers that culminated with the arrest of Frantz yesterday.
Frantz is being held in the Kosciusko County Jail on a $15,250 bond.
