An Elkhart man is in custody after a police pursuit, foot chase, and the recovery of two stolen vehicles.
A State Trooper attempted to pull over 23-year-old Nicholas Myers for driving a car matching the description of a stolen Toyota. Myers sped into a field and made a run for it.
A second stolen car was reported nearby, leading investigators to Myers. He’s facing charges for motor vehicle theft, resisting law enforcement, leaving the scene of a crash, and drug possession.
