The mother of a young girl hurt in a deadly school bus crash in Marshall County has filed a law suit against the driver and his employer.
The complaint, against Tylor Perry and National Construction Rentals Inc. and National Rent-A-Fence Co, was filed on Marshall Superior Court on Dec. 21.
The complaint alleges that Perry operated his truck in a reckless manner by failing to obey the traffic stop and failing to notice the bus was stopped at the railroad tracks on U.S. 31.
The complaint outlines the injuries sustained by the student, including physical and mental injuries.
