Charges have officially been filed against former Elkhart Sheriff’s Department Captain James Bradberry.
Bradberry had been on administrative leave since the end of January, but Sheriff Jeff Siegel accepted his resignation this past weekend. Yesterday he was charged with three counts of false informing.
This comes amid accusations that process servers were clocking hours that they didn’t actually work, and three process servers are facing felony charges after a grand jury investigation.
At question is whether or not Bradberry lied about telling them to misrepresent their hours worked.
He’ll face a hearing on March 29th.
