Warsaw Community Schools will be receiving a grant for $100,000 from the Indiana Board of Education.
Officials said in a news release on Monday that the Career Ladder program was developed for local education agencies to develop teacher leadership opportunities. The grant will support teacher development while providing high-performing teachers expanded career opportunities in teacher-coaching and in leadership roles.
All Warsaw Community Schools will benefit from this grant to be implemented in the 2020-2021 school year through the peer-to-peer coaching model.
