Martin’s Super Markets will be dedicating several mornings to help senior shoppers who need to pick up more groceries after panic buying depleted many essentials in stores throughout the area over the last few days.
The announcement came on the store’s Facebook page on Wednesday afternoon, where Thursday, along with next Tuesday and Thursday that morning hours between 7 and 9 AM will be for seniors over the age of 60 to go shopping without having to worry about a crowded store.
They will also dedicate next Wednesday for seniors only for their “Groceries to go” program.
Limits will also be put on certain items in the stores such as milk, eggs, bread, paper towel, toilet paper, and certain meat products.
