$100,000 was approved on Friday to be contributed into the small business relief fund run by the Kosciusko Economic Development Corporation.
It was a unanimous approval at the Warsaw Board of Works meeting, which moves the money from the Economic Development Income Tax fund. The money can be used to help small businesses recover during the COVID-19 pandemic and help keep jobs in their company moving. Those looking to apply for loans can request up to $10,000.
Businesses will have six months before they have to start repaying the loan and will have two years to pay them back completely. For more information, contact KEDCo.
