A tentative schedule has been set up for the Warsaw city budget for 2021.
City Clerk-Treasurer Lynne Christiansen presented that to the Warsaw common council. While some changes could be coming down the road, depending on what happens with the COVID pandemic, Christiansen said that things could be delayed if needed to make those changes.
The first reading of the budget will happen on September 21st, with the final reading and adoption of the budget on October 5th. Those will also be public hearings, so anyone can attend the meeting and voice their opinion.
Prior to those readings, department heads will present their budgets during two meetings in August.
