WHITLEY COUNTY – Jurors in the trial of Courtney Kincaid heard testimony Wednesday from the polygraph examiner who administered a 6-hour lie-detector test on the defendant.
The 31-year old Columbia City woman is charged with Level-1 aggravated battery, neglect of a dependant resulting in death and battery resulting in death to a person less than 14 years old, a Level 2 felony in the death of 11-month-old Emma Grace Leeman of Pierceton. The infant died from injuries allegedly caused while in Kincaid’s care in April of 2018.
That trial continues this morning.
Kincaid faces 110 years in prison if convicted of all charges.
