Temperatures will drop to the low 50s and high 40s tonight, but November’s First Friday event should warm people up.
The theme this year is “Hot Chili Nites,” with the chilli cookoff starting at 5 p.m. Judging will begin at 7 p.m.
The Warsaw Community High School Theatre Department will present snippets of its fall musical, “The Sound of Music,” starting at 7 p.m.
After the students are finished, the winner of the cookoff will be announced.
First Friday also will feature vendors and “fun things to do,” according to First Friday coordinator Paula Bowman.
December’s First Friday will be the Twinkle Light Parade, with carriage rides and the Santa house. There will be no January event, but the February First Friday will be “Fire & Ice.”
