Former South Bend Mayor and presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg has been selected to speak on the final night of the Democratic National Convention.
Buttigieg will address the “virtual convention” next Thursday from his South Bend home.
The theme for that night is “America’s Promise”, and other speakers include New Jersey Senator Cory Booker, California Governor Gavin Newsom and recently-announced Joe Biden running mate Kamala Harris.
