A new program is bringing shopping to downtown Warsaw. The Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce and Warsaw Community Development corporation's “Downtown Pop-Up Shops” program focuses on bringing more shopping opportunities to the downtown area during the holiday season by using vacant buildings as temporary shops. Two new stores have since taken advantage of the program, as Elysian Company and Beyond the Barn held ribbon cuttings Friday. Elysian offers jewelry and apparel, while Beyond the Barn sells handcrafted decor.
