An investigation is continuing into a fire at a mobile home in Shamrock Village early Monday morning.
Warsaw Police Detective Sergeant Brad Kellar says the fire was reported as arson during the first 911 call, however there has been some false information verified already and no evidence to support arson as of yet.
Warsaw fire crews were called out to the Anchorage Road park around 8 AM, when a fire was reported at a trailer on Lot 11. Warsaw Police officers were seen walking around the park with K9s, looking for a possible suspect in what was first reported as a suspected arson.
There were no injuries in the fire and Kellar says the fire was quickly brought under control once firefighters arrived. Damage is estimated to be around $25,000.
