Police in Elkhart County continue to look for the driver in a fatal hit-and-run near Syracuse.
58-year old Mark Warren was hit and killed while walking along County Road 29 at around 5 p.m. last Friday. According to the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department, Warren was deaf and didn’t hear the truck coming.
Due to debris found at the crash site, police believe Warren was hit by a Ford F-150 or larger Ford truck with front passenger-side damage.
