A semi-truck crashed into a building along US 30 on the east end of Warsaw Wednesday afternoon after the driver had a medical issue while driving.
The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office says 44-year old Jeremy Blaze of North Liberty was headed west on US 30, when Blaze suffered a medical condition. His truck crossed over the median and the eastbound lanes of 30 and left the roadway and hit a building which houses Perfection Bakeries.
Blaze was taken to a hospital in Warsaw for medical evaluation. HAZMAT crews were called to the scene to help clean a diesel fuel leak. No other injuries were reported in the crash.
