TIMES UNION REPORTS – A North Manchester man was arrested in Marshall County Monday night for allegedly operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, endangering another person.
Aaron Lewis Isbell, 25, was booked into the Marshall County Jail for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .15% or higher, OWI-refusal, OWI-prior within seven years and OWI-endangerment, according to a news release from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.
Isbell was given a court date of Sept. 14 in Marshall County Superior Court III, and a bond of $1,505.
At 10:18 p.m. Monday, Marshall County Central Dispatch received a 911 call from the area of U.S. 30 and Lincoln Highway, Grovertown, of a two-vehicle accident with unknown injuries. When officers arrived on scene, they found Autumn Waldrop, Plymouth, complaining of pain from the accident. She was taken to Plymouth Hospital.
Officers also found Isbell to be the other involved driver, the release states. During the investigation, Isbell was found to be under the influence of alcohol and he was taken to the jail.
Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was assisted by Plymouth Fire Department and Lyons Towing.
