PIERCETON – Thursday is the free community dinner in Pierceton.
When COVID-19 hit, the committee knew they had to step out of the box and bring the dinner to the people, according to a news release provided. They have had several very successful drive-thru dinners. So, once again, they will have a drive-thru format starting at 5 p.m. Thursday in the Catholic Church parking lot in Pierceton. Come early as they run out rather quickly.
Sloppy joes, baked beans, chips, etc. will fill your carryout containers to take and eat in the comfort of your own home. Everyone is welcome.
