SYRACUSE – A Syracuse man is facing child pornography and drug charges after police received information about child pornography at the man’s residence.
On Tuesday, the Syracuse Police Department was investigating a report of child pornography being kept at 411 W. Main St., apt 1, Syracuse, according to a news release Wednesday from the SPD. Upon interviewing the suspect, a search warrant was obtained for that location. During the search, child pornography, along with approximately 5 grams of methamphetamine, and marijuana, were found inside the residence.
Robert B. Fowerbaugh, 51, was arrested on charges of possession of child pornography, possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana. He was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail at 10:21 a.m. Tuesday. His bond was preliminarily set at $5,250.
