The Kosciusko County Republican Women’s Club is scheduled to meet at 9 a.m. Saturday at GOP headquarters, 123 W. Center St., Warsaw. Guests are welcome.
April’s featured speaker is Amy Anne Roe, the recently appointed Kosciusko County community coordinator. Roe will share information about the Hoosier Enduring Legacy Program (HELP). Kosciusko County is one of the three communities selected by the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) to participate in the program, according to a provided news release.
Last month, members and guests enjoyed a presentation by Ann Torpy, clerk of the Circuit Court. Torpy provided the group with information about Kosciusko County’s transition to vote centers. The vote centers will allow registered voters to cast their ballots at any designated polling location in Kosciusko County.
In addition to hosting the April meeting, Kosciusko County Republican Women’s Club members are planning a “Purse and Pamper” bingo event at the Owl’s Nest on April 21. Tickets are available at GOP headquarters, 123 W. Center St., Warsaw.
