We now know that two Wawasee High School graduates were killed in a car crash in Fort Wayne Sunday morning. The victims were identified as 22 year old Dakota Singer and 21 year old Dimitrius Kaplanis. Fort Wayne Police advised that the vehicle was traveling north on Ardmore Avenue near Covington Road when Singer lost control and ran off the road. The car hit multiple trees and a utility pole before becoming engulfed in flames. Police blamed excessive speed as the cause of the crash and said the crash remains under investigation.
