Dustin E. Owens, 40, of 10402 S. Ind. 15, Silver Lake, was arrested for sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old girl in December 2014.
Today, Owens failed to appear in Kosciusko County Superior Court for his hearing in front of Judge David Cates. The hearing was scheduled for 8:30 a.m.
Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department has filed a warrant for Owens’ arrest, but as of press time this morning, it was unknown if Cates had signed it yet.
