Karen S. White, of Warsaw, went to be with her Lord and Savior at Miller’s Merry Manor of Warsaw on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at the age of 75.
She was born in Batesville, Indiana on June 1, 1947, the daughter of Donald and Verna (Priest) White. She was a 1965 graduate of Pendleton High School. Professionally, Karen worked at Parker Hannifin for many years. A devoted Catholic, she joined the Catholic Church at the age of 18, later becoming a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Warsaw.
Karen was a kind and genuine person who was a friend to all. Most called her their “bonus mom”, especially when living in Bluffton, Indiana. She loved to spread her love and joy for the Lord with anyone who crossed her path throughout her life. She enjoyed reading the Bible and listening to EWTN. She also loved being with
children, animals of all kinds, dancing, singing, and just having fun.
Those who survive with broken hearts include her twin sister, Sharen White; sister, Ramona (Joe) Clayborn; and her beloved cat, Maggie. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends. She was preceded in passing by her parents and a sister Marlene Kluesner.
Titus Funeral Home of Warsaw is entrusted with Karen’s care. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2023at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 125 N. Harrison St. Warsaw, IN 46580 at 10:00 am with the rosary service starting at 10:30 am. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 am. Karen will be laid to rest at Oakwood Cemetery.
