For the first time in almost seven years, the national average price for gasoline has dipped below $2/gallon. According to www.gasbuddy.com, the current average price for a gallon of unleaded in the US is $1.99—marking the first time it had dropped below that benchmark since March of 2009. Patrick DeHaan tells News Now Warsaw that refinery issues may soon lead the national average back up…but not for a while. DeHaan says to expect driver-friendly prices through the rest of the winter.
