WINONA LAKE — Monday will likely be a good day for motorists to avoid the roundabout construction project in Winona Lake.
Crews on Monday are expected to begin some milling of asphalt that is part of the roundabout, according to an update on the town’s Facebook page.
Motorists should expect delays. Flagmen will be used to oversee traffic.
Winona Lake Town Manager Craig Alllebach said he’s under the impression the project is within about two weeks from completion.
Exactly when the Argonne Road access to the roundabout will be opened up was unclear.
