Harrison and Claypool Elementary Schools recently teamed up to raise money for charity during Pink Out Night at their basketball game. Players from both teams wore pink headbands or wristbands, and the cheerleaders from both schools collected donations from those in attendance. The event was in honor of Sarah Vlot, former Harrison and WCHS student, who recently lost her battle with cancer. The event raised $350, and the money was donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the American Cancer Society in Sarah’s name.
