A Marshall County teen now faces charges in the 2015 traffic death of an Etna Green man. The Elkhart Truth reports that 19-year old Justin Gladieux of Bourbon has been charged with causing a death while operating a vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance, which is a Level 5 felony. Gladieux is accused of pulling into the path of a UPS semi at US 6 at County Road 23 last May. His passenger, 24-year old Nathaniel McConnell, died shortly after the accident. Prosecutors say a post-accident blood test showed THC in Gladieux’s system. If convicted, Gladieux could be sentenced to up to six years in prison.
