The event will be Tuesday, Sept. 10 at 11 a.m. at the Parkview YMCA, 1305 Mariners Drive, Warsaw.

“Phil Cooke has a unique ability to interpret and speak to the culture of this generation to help pastors and ministry leaders make Kingdom impact,” said Trent Lambert, director of the Center for Thriving Leaders at Grace Theological Seminary. “As Phil aptly expresses, ‘It’s not a matter of if we’ll have a crisis, it’s when.’ We are excited to partner with the YMCA’s Pastor’s Meeting to equip church leaders in our area through this discussion.”

Cooke works at the intersection of faith, media and culture. His client list includes studios and networks like Walt Disney, Dreamworks and USA Network. He’s also worked with Christian organizations like Voice of the Martyrs, The Museum of the Bible, The Salvation Army, The YouVersion Bible app and many of the most respected churches in the country.

Cooke has produced TV and film programming in more than 60 countries worldwide. He produced and directed television specials on the “Nativity Cribs of Malta” for the Museum of the Bible and “Inexplicable: The Rise of Christianity in Asia.” He also produced “The Insanity of God,” a feature documentary premiered nationally.

Cooke has also authored numerous books and lectured at Yale, the University of California at Berkeley and UCLA. He is currently a visiting professor at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
