If you’re looking for work in Indiana, good news: employers are looking for you.
The latest Manpower Outlook Survey lists Indiana at the top of the heap when it comes to the percentage of employers looking to boost their staff this summer. The Journal Gazettereports 34% of Indiana employers are looking to increase staff in the near future.
The state’s unemployment rate, which is below 3%, is leading to more employers also willing to invest in training for new hires who may not have all of the skills necessary.
