An abortion doctor can no longer perform abortions in Gary. This comes after failing to submit documentation as required by a new law. Klopfer is the doctor who recently made headlines for allegedly failing to report abortions on 13-year-old girls. In addition to his Gary facility, Klopfer also runs clinics in Fort Wayne and South Bend. He has not been able to perform abortions at his Fort Wayne location since last year.
