Andrew Jeffery Horn of Warsaw, Indiana passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 11, 2024, at the age of 56.
Andrew’s life will be celebrated privately by his family. He will be laid to rest at a later date at Mentone Cemetery in Mentone, Indiana. Arrangements were entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, Indiana.
