If you're an Anthem customer, some of your information may have been exposed to hackers. The nation's second-largest health insurer says hackers got into its computer network and were able to gain access to personal information for tens of millions of customers and employees. Anthem will be individually notifying current and former members whose information has been accessed, and provide credit monitoring and identity protection services free of charge. They say credit card information was not compromised in the breach.
