An autopsy was done on the human remains found in a field north of Pierceton late last week.
Kosciusko County Coroner Anthony Ciriello said the autopsy was completed on Wednesday, but additional testing is being done and information will not be ready for a few weeks.

Walkers came upon the remains at the property on the west side of State Road 13, south of Old Road 30 last Thursday afternoon. The remains were found near a swamp area. An investigation is continuing by the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office.
