An autopsy on the body discovered in the rubble of a home and pole barn on Old U.S. 31 is expected on Today. St. Joseph County Metro Homicide investigators say the body, found in the pole barn, was far too decomposed to determine an identity, let alone whether it was that of a man or woman. The two fires, which erupted around 2 o'clock, Monday morning, consumed the structures in the 62-thousand block of U.S. 31…and are considered suspicious in nature. The blaze, so intense, a neighboring home was damaged.
