Families whose children attend schools in Elkhart and Goshen who need help getting school supplies can get some for free at two events coming up. Back-2-School Goshen is this Saturday morning starting at 8 am. It's organized by Brenneman Memorial Methodist Church on State Road 15 North in Goshen. Children in grades K through 5 can pick up backpacks with school supplies and shoes, get haircuts and breakfast. There are bounce houses and other fun activities planned. Back 2 School Elkhart offers backpacks, school supplies and shoes available for school-age children. It's set for August 9th, at 9, until supplies run out at Concord Mall’s Mishawaka Road entrance.
