If you were planning on heading to South Bend in June for the Billy Joel concert at Notre Dame Stadium, you’ll have to wait another year.
Concert officials announced Thursday that the concert was postponed to June 26th, 2021 due to concerns surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. The concert was originally scheduled to take place on June 20th, 2020.
If you purchased a ticket for the concert this year, it will be honored at the 2021 concert. Officials say Ticketmaster will be contacting those who purchased the tickets with refund options if you are unable to attend the concert next year. Ticket holders will have 30 days to respond to that e-mail.
