Commissioner of the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) Don Snemis announced today that the BMV has launched a website that allows customers to determine if they are eligible for an Excise Tax refund. To avoid any potential fraud, the BMV is asking Hoosiers to access the Refund Eligibility page by visiting myBMV.com and clicking on the green “Check Your Excise Tax Refund Eligibility” icon on the right-hand side of the home page. Users will need to input either their Social Security Number or their Driver’s License Number in order to check their eligibility.
