If you have been struggling with mental health issues ever since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Bowen Center is extending a hand to help.
CEO Kurt Carlson spoke at Wednesday’s press conference at Warsaw City Hall that the center has seen about a 10 percent increase in patients seeing their psychologists. He said that the meetings have all been done over the phone, something Carlson says has been very helpful for his staff.
One thing Carlson said many people are suffering from is “pandemic fatigue,” which includes symptoms such as stress, anxiety, eating more or less, not sleeping well, unmotivated, among other things. Overall, Carlson says:
Anyone that needs help with their mental health are urged to contact the Bowen Center at 1-800-342-5653.
