Don’t expect to see a bypass around Middlebury anytime soon. The group tasked with looking at state road issues removed the proposal from a list, released last week, of projects deemed most important for the next 10 years. The Elkhart Truth reports the road would have gone northeast from State Road 15 between Bristol and Goshen to the Indiana Toll Road.
