One of the candidates for Mayor of Goshen has died.
The Elkhart Truth reports that Republican candidate Terry T. Snyder passed away on Saturday, April 13.
He was a former county assessor who has run for city council, mayor, clerk-treasurer and Elkhart County commissioner in the past.
His name will still remain on the municipal primary ballot according to the County Election Board because they do not have the authority to remove it.
Snyder was 77.
