Cerulean Restaurant in Winona Lake will be launching an expanded menu, new hours, and an updated space come September 12.
After 13 years in business, they are moving from a fine dining concept to a more community and family-centered atmosphere. That includes hours from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and menu items starting at seven dollars.
In addition to the updated menu, Cerulean will be renovating the Park Avenue side of the restaurant to create a space designed for families and larger groups.
