Kosciusko County Commissioners agreed this morning to alter the speed limit on a small portion of CR 225E at the request of the City of Warsaw.
The speed limit on CR 225E south of CR 75N will be reduced from 40 mph to 35 mph. The speed limit north of CR 75N will remain 40 mph. The change will make the speed limit consistent with the city’s 35 mph speed limit on the road further to the south. The commissioners accepted the recommendation from Highway Superintendent Scott Tilden.
The request was initiated by the city, according to a spokesperson in the auditor’s office.
