A Claypool man is in a Fort Wayne hospital after his arm was amputated Monday afternoon in southern Kosciusko County. The Sheriff's Department says Bill Linn's left arm was severed just above the elbow. According to investigators, Linn was working on a tractor and when he started it, it was in gear, along with the P.T.O gear that operated the mowing deck. The tractor lunged forward, striking a barn and pickup truck, and Linn.
