A Claypool man was arrested following a stabbing early Sunday morning on the west side of Warsaw.
Warsaw Police say they were dispatched to the Time Out Inn on West Lake Street around 2:15 AM, where they found a 48-year old man with a stab wound to the mid-section. Through witness statements, police began their search for 27-year old Devon Brown.
Brown was located minutes after the incident during a traffic stop, where he was one of the passengers in the vehicle. He was taken to the Kosciusko County jail, charged with battery with a deadly weapon and criminal gang intimidation, both felonies.
The man who was stabbed was taken to a Fort Wayne hospital, where his condition is unknown but his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
