A Claypool man is in custody for possession of child pornography.
The Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce arrested 51-year-old Kenneth Hyatt Thursday afternoon.
They allegedly found materials depicting victims under the age of 12 at his residence.
Additional investigation is ongoing, which could mean more charges will be determined by the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office.
