A Claypool man was arrested for allegedly selling drugs that caused the death of another man last fall.
The Times Union reports that 26-year old Shawn David Hovenden is charged with a level 1 felony. He was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail Sunday, and bond was set at $101,000.
According to the probable cause affidavit, EMS responded to a call of an unresponsive male on October 27. Officers at the scene say the man’s mother found her son in his bed, cold and not breathing.
The autopsy report claims the man’s cause of death was a combination fentanyl and meth.
