The man police say is responsible for the murders of his brother and sister-in-law has been found guilty of both killings. The judge also ruled Steven Clippinger guilty of being a felon in possession of a gun. His former girlfriend, Jennifer Leveque, claimed she never knew he had been previously convicted of murder when she gave him the gun prosecutors say he used to kill the couple. Clippinger took the stand, Wednesday, saying it was Leveque who shot and killed his brother. He also said he accidentally shot his sister-in-law during a struggle with the telephone, while trying to call 9-1-1.
