Warsaw’s Rotary Park is one step closer to being completed as the Cog Monument is now in place at the front of the green space.
Crews worked Wednesday afternoon to install the two large cogs, which were donated by Lewis Salvage.

The work did cause a brief and minor traffic delay at the intersection of Center and Market Streets near Boggs Park, as a crane had to drop the cogs down onto the monument’s stand.
The monument is the brainchild of Assistant City Planner Justin Taylor. He says its representative of Warsaw’s industrial history.
